In 2023 we contacted you via email with the notice that our personal investing service would be discontinuing, and the service has now ceased.

Are all customers affected?

STRATxAI will be focussed entirely on its enterprise offerings going forward. This includes an embedded SAAS offering to Fintechs and eBrokers.

What about my personal portfolio?

Your investment portfolio and cash are and always have been in your own e-broker account, controlled by you and not us.

What alternative is available?

What if I did not receive an email?

In December 2023, we contacted all active investors via their primary registered email address and recorded a 99.9% delivery rate on this email. However there are a few reasons that may explain why you did not get it:

Did you have multiple accounts without realising it?

eg. you set up an account using an email address and password combination but then later accessed the platform with Google Log in, essentially creating a second account.

Did you have an old email associated with your account?

eg. you set up your account using a work email and have since departed that company.

Did you create an account which has since fallen dormant?

eg. you either created a free account or ceased paying subscriptions to an account, and the account fell dormant over 6 months. Dormant accounts are those with no active portfolios and with no user log in since June 2023.

Did the email bypass your inbox?

eg. you were receiving frequent rebalance reminders, newsletters or market reviews and instead of changing your personal account notifications, you used email filters instead. In that case the email may have been sent to your spam.
